"Become Undone" is the first in a series of singles released for Sunflower Summit's upcoming album, In This Moment. Focusing on the similarities between endings and beginnings, "Become Undone" explores the feeling of being very aware of how you are actively changing and becoming a new person. Become Undone explores an alternative sound, blending acoustic familiar tones with new electric sounds and effects.

Part 2 - Do Nothing is a quirky ukulele tune on the need and want to do nothing. Coupled with negative self talk and a whatever kind of attitude, this is an honest song many can relate to. Catchy by nature, Do Nothing is a bit of an anthem for opting to for a break before burn out strikes.

Part 3 - Tired Soul brings about yet another instrument - from guitar to uke, to now piano! infused with electronic sounds, this song explores a new emotion - disappointment and general heartbreak. Sometimes thing after thing just falls apart, and it’s okay to fall apart with it. This is how we learn to rebuild.

Part 4 - Temporary brings a whole new sound yet again, featuring an a capella energy, inviting electronic sounds to softly chime in towards the end. A song that explores acceptance at a very profound level, Temporary’s new sound is brief and fleeting, mirroring how moments in our lives are just that - moments.

Part 5 - Coming back to the familiar sounds from Tired Soul, I Can’t See You is a song that recognizes a need for distance in order to process difficult emotions and begin to heal. I think we can all agree that the pandemic brought to surface many things we may have been ignoring. Now is not the time to ignore, but rather the time to face it.

Part 6 - Continuing on in piano land, To Love Myself explores the question - “how many times do I need to learn…to love myself”. I think many of us know that we should love ourselves, but it’s not a one time fix - in the same way we need to remind our loved ones how much we love them, we must also remind ourselves how much we love ourselves.
